Job Description
Responsible for performing advanced work in HVAC controls, troubleshooting, and system integration. Collaborates with field service teams to optimize the performance of building automation systems. Provides expert technical support for installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure reliable and efficient system operation. Travel is required as needed.
Job Responsibilities(List is not inclusive)
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot HVAC control systems and related components.
• Diagnose and repair issues involving sensors, actuators, controllers, and other control devices.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Partner with engineers and field service teams to verify and optimize system performance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of service activities, repairs, and system configurations.
• Provide guidance, technical support, and training to junior technicians when required.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures.
• This position requires travel to the assigned job site.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC controls or building automation systems.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and basic networking principles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with the ability to travel to various job sites.
• Willing and able to travel up to 60% or more as required.
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• At least 3 plus years of experience.
